Mert Gur, from ITU Mechanical Engineering Department, and his UC Berkeley collaborator Ahmet Yildiz have been named recipients of the prestigious COVID-19 High Performance Computing (HPC) Consortium research award by the United States of America (USA) for the second time with the research project titled “Exploring Nanobody Inhibitory Mechanism against SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein Using Molecular Dynamics Simulations".
