Sema Zeynep YILMAZ
I graduated from department of Molecular Biology and Genetics in Ataturk University. I have completed my master’s degree in Istanbul Technical University Molecular Biology-Genetics and Biotechnology master program.  Assoc.Prof. Dr. Mert Gür was my advisor for my master thesis. Currently, I’m a PhD student in Istanbul Technical University Molecular Biology-Genetics and Biotechnology doctorate program.  I will study on my PhD thesis about molecular dynamic simulations of cell penetrating peptides with my advisor Assoc.Prof. Dr. Mert Gür.

Mert GÖLCÜK
I graduated from ITU Molecular Biology and Genetics department. I have completed my master’s degree in Istanbul Technical University Molecular Biology-Genetics and Biotechnology master program.  Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mert Gür was my advisor for my master thesis. I was worked in ITU Molecular Biology Student Club as member for 2 years and as a president for 1 year. In that time, we have organized 3 international congresses with the ITU Molecular Biology Student Club. Also, I’m working in İTÜ iGEM 2018 team. I'm interested in Protein Structures, Protein Dynamics, Molecular Dynamics, Bioinformatics, and Synthetic Biology. Currently, I’m a PhD student in Istanbul Technical University Molecular Biology-Genetics and Biotechnology doctorate program.  I will study on my PhD thesis about modelling the penetration of cell penetrating peptides through the membranes with my advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mert Gür.

Reyhan METİN AKKAYA
I graduated from Kadir Has University, Department of Bioinformatics and Genetics. Then I have completed my master's degree in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics there. Currently, I am a doctorate student in the Department of Molecular Biology, Genetics, and Biotechnology at Istanbul Technical University. Bioinformatics, computer-aided drug design, molecular dynamics simulations of proteins, and protein-drug interactions are among my areas of interest. I will study molecular dynamics simulations of dynein motor proteins for my doctorate thesis with my advisor Assoc. Prof. Mert Gür.

Clara Xazal BURAN
I graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Molecular Biology. I am currently a PhD student at Istanbul Technical University Molecular Biology-Genetics and Biotechnology program, working with my advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mert Gür. I study on "Characterization of protein variants associated with breast and colon cancers using molecular dynamics simulations". I am interested in protein-protein interactions and drug design.

Ayla EREN

I graduated from İnönü University, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. I finished my master's degree at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. At now, I started a PhD program in the department of Molecular Biology-Genetics and Biotechnology at Istanbul Technical University. Assoc. Dr. In the advisor of Mert Gür, I will work on "the molecular modeling of dynein motor proteins".
